I’m Mia. I’m a mum, I work and like most women I know, I’m constantly juggling to keep everything moving without feeling like I’m always one step behind.
For years I thought feeling tired, flat, or just a bit “off” was normal. You push through, you carry on, because everyone else seems to be doing the same. But over time it started to wear me down.
Some days I had real energy and clarity. Other days I felt completely drained — foggy, unmotivated and not quite myself — for no obvious reason.
I tried the usual fixes: drinking more water, switching up electrolyte drinks, tweaking routines but most left me worse off, feeling bloated or an overly salty taste.
Many of these electrolytes felt like they were made for athletes pounding through intense training — not for the everyday balancing act of work, family, hormones and life.
What I slowly realised is that my body isn’t the same every single day. My energy, focus and mood shift with stress, sleep, hormones, and everything I’m carrying.
Yet almost every product assumed it was all constant. It wasn’t until I stopped forcing quick fixes and started really listening that I noticed the pattern.
Most electrolyte products looked almost identical — same ingredients, same claims, same “high-performance” positioning. They worked to a point, but they didn’t feel designed for real, everyday life or consistent daily use.
That’s when I decided I didn’t want to create just another version of the same thing. I wanted something more intentional — built around balance, not just performance. Something that actually fits how women live and feel day to day.
Five years ago, I met my partner, Asif at work. Like me, Asif holds a Master’s in Business Management. With his strong background in operations and manufacturing — especially helping SMEs scale efficiently — and experience in property development, he has a rare talent for turning ideas into high-quality, practical realities.
What started as colleagues quickly evolved into a powerful partnership. Our shared business management training, combined with my finance and analytical experience and his operational expertise, created the perfect foundation. Together, we saw a genuine gap in the market and knew we could build something better — something more thoughtful and better suited to real life.
That’s how REHYT was born.
We created it around ingredients I trust and use myself — chosen to work together gently and effectively:
